Source gaps: All 54 genuine annual OC entries and all 43 published TPC members (9 Green, 24 Pervasive, 10 Cloud) collected from native row fields. Official Program and Tutorials pages both say 'Coming Soon' as inspected 13 September 2026; no program-level service appointments can yet be extracted.
